Integrating Awareness into Our Lives

 A student of lessons this life has to offer, physically, mentally and outside of myself,

I have been in movement education my whole life.

 With a strong Pilates based approach, I also draw training and knowledge from  kinesiology, yoga, personal training, dance, anatomy and a variety of movement and massage workshops. 

​

 It is a pleasure to work with clients from all different walks of life, from desk warriors to athletes, young to experienced and everything in between.

​

 The application of  training mindful movement and connecting with the unique patterns in our body help with rehabilitating the body to a more functional state of being

 Through the willingness of bridging the brain and body, you ultimately take back your power over your patterns. Learning pertinent tools for growth and expansion into a greater feeling body.
